Energetic Raiders to battle with Kings: Raiders’ opening match this weekend will try to improve a lot in all departments. They will forget the last season they had and will come back with all guns blazing. They are a tough side and will try to focus on basics. I am part of this side and have seen lot of changes between my team members, though we have retained the same side with couple of new players, but this time we are more focused and dedicated which makes my team to be considered as one of the favorite and hopefully do well this season. They will be facing Kings who recruited few players which makes them more complete and tough team to beat. Kings losing their first game will give their 100% effort to win this match and this is the team with a lot of experienced players can surprise any team given day. Now the question would be which team can avoid small mistakes which in the recent past cost them the game? Have to wait and see.
Can RBCC handle the rocking Rockers? It has reached the stage where RP Rockers wants to speed up. They are on a hot streak and would like to keep marching into the Play offs. RBCC will try to slim down chance of Rockers to reach playoffs. Winning 2 matches chasing high scores with excellent performance, one department is bowling where RP can restrict opponent to a much lesser total. Having said that, they are batting with pride chasing down big totals like a piece of cake. RBCC will be eager to take on Rockers this weekend to start their winning account. They almost had the victory in the last game and looked like a complete side. It is going to be tough match between these 2 teams have a big appetite for wins.
Eagles bowlers to be tested to core against Strikers: Eagles to face strikers this weekend for their 3rd league match. Eagles should be well rested and will come on to the field fresh. It’s an all-in game for the team having lost their first two matches. But things are not helping them as they face Strikers this weekend. Strikers laid down their fury on Outsiders with a mammoth total will try to keep their mojo going. It will be a huge test for Eagles to challenge the batting side like Strikers. Mayank the leading wicket taker in FCA as of now will try to get many more to restrict Strikers. Eagles had 2 bad days but Strikers should look out for them as this team has the capability to win matches even on a bad day. Let us wait and see who tests whom in this coming match.
Any individual participating in FCA conducted tournaments agrees to Release FCA and its officers from any liability as stated below:
As a cricket playing individual and on behalf of my assignees, executors, administrators, heirs and successors, do hereby agree to release, hold harmless, forever discharge, and covenant not to sue the FCA as well as its executive members, officers, agents, affiliates, and any employees for any liability that I may have for any claims, demands, causes of actions, judgments (including costs and expenses) or liability arising directly or indirectly, or any way connected to, property damage, losses or bodily injury as result of voluntary participation by me in FCA or its affiliate conducted tournaments.
I fully understand and acknowledge that by participating in FCA conducted tournaments implies executing this release. I, as well as my assignees, executors, administrators, heirs and successors, forever discharge any claims for liability or negligence against FCA, as well as its executive members, officers, agents, affiliates and employees, for property damage, losses or bodily injury arising directly or indirectly, or any way connected of my voluntary participation in FCA conducted tournaments and all such claims will be forever barred.
I further acknowledge and understand that my participation in FCA conducted tournaments is entirely voluntary and not something that is required to do.
All terms of this agreement are contained herein and there are no other terms to this agreement.

In consideration of being permitted to participate in any way in the FCA Cricket Tournament 2015 Program (from January 1, 2015 to December 31st, 2015) indicated below and/ or being permitted to enter for any purpose any restricted area (here in defined as any area where in admittance to the general public is prohibited), the player/ participant named below and in addendum 2 agree:
1. The player/participant prior to participating in the FCA Cricket Tournament 2015 activity
or event, he or she should inspect the facilities and equipment to be used, and if he or she believes anything is unsafe, the participant should immediately advise the officials of such condition and refuse to participate. I understand and agreed that, if at any time, I feel anything to be UNSAFE, I will immediately take all precautions to avoid the unsafe area and REFUSE TO PARTICIPATE further.
2. I/WE fully understand and acknowledge that:
(a) There are risks and dangers associated with participation in FCA Cricket Tournament 2015 events and activities which could result in bodily injury partial and/or total disability, paralysis and death.
(b) The social and economic losses and/or damages, which could result from these risks and dangers described above, could be severe.
(c) These risks and dangers may be caused by the action, inaction or negligence of the participant or the action, inaction or negligence of others, including, but not limited to, the Releasees named below.
(d) There may be other risks not known to us or are not reasonably foreseeable at his time.
3. I/WE accept and assume such risks and responsibility for the losses and/or damages following such injury, disability, paralysis or death, however caused and whether caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the Releasees named below.
4. I/WE HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE the Florida Cricket Association and facility/grounds as in addendum 1 used by the participant, including committee members and facility owners, managers, promoters, lessees of premises used to conduct the FCA Cricket Tournament 2015 event or program, premises and event inspectors, underwriters, consultants and others who give recommendations, directions, or instructions to engage in risk evaluation or loss control activities regarding the Florida Cricket Association event and facility/grounds as in addendum 1 or events held at such facility and each of them, their directors, officers, agents, employees, all for the purposes herein referred to as "Releasee"...FROM ALL LIABILITY TO THE UNDERSIGNED, my/our personal representatives, assigns, executors, heirs and next to kin FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, LOSSES OR DAMAGES AND ANY CLAIMS OR DEMANDS THEREFORE ON ACCOUNT OF ANY INJURY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE DEATH OF THE PARTICIPANT OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE EVENT(S) CAUSED OR ALLEGED TO BE CAUSED IN WHOLE OR IN PART BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEE OR OTHERWISE.
5. I/WE HEREBY acknowledge that THE ACTIVITIES OF THE EVENT(S) ARE VERY DANGEROUS and involve the risk of serious injury and/or death and/or property damage. Each of THE UNDERSIGNED also expressly acknowledges that INJURIES RECEIVED MAY BE COMPOUNDED OR INCREASED BY NEGLIGENT RESCUE OPERATIONS OR PROCEDURES OF THE RELEASEES.
6. EACH OF THE UNDERSIGNED further expressly agrees that the foregoing release, waiver, and indemnity agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by the law of the Province or State in which the event is conducted and that if any portion is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding continue in full legal force and effect.
7. On behalf of the participant and individually, the undersigned partner(s) and/or legal guardian(s) for the minor participant executes this Waiver and Release. If, despite this release, the participant makes a claim against any of the Releasees, the parent(s) and/or legal guardian(s) will reimburse the Releasee for any money which they have paid to the participant, or on his behalf, and hold them harmless.
I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT, AND HAVE SIGNED IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT, ASSURANCE, OR GUARANTEE BEING MADE TO ME AND INTEND MY SIGNATURE TO BE COMPLETE AND UNCONDITIONAL RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY TO THE GREATEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW.
